The Derwent Catchment Project is hosting a webinar designed to help farmers understand and prepare for emissions reporting, carbon farming, and biodiversity market opportunities.
With mandatory greenhouse gas reporting happening in 2025 for larger businesses, understanding what’s ahead will help growers respond confidently. This workshop will help farmers understand emissions reporting, explore carbon farming project options (hear from a farmer) and the emerging biodiversity market, and stay ahead of the curve as expectations evolve and new opportunities arise.
This webinar is supported by the Carbon Farming Outreach Program - an Australian Government initiative designed to build farmers’ knowledge and capacity to measure, manage, and benefit from carbon and biodiversity opportunities on their land.
